Stephanie Callahan

I spent the first 20 years of my career travelling around the world in showbusiness singing, dancing, managing and producing shows. In 2008, I took over ownership of my spouse’s failing electrical business…which was in a LOT of debt. He was disabled, I was expecting my 4th child, and “failure” was not a word in my overachiever vocabulary. Like any desperate and driven woman, I dove headfirst into every network group and resource available to me and took the crash course in business basics.

Within the first two years, I discovered that the standard business practices were NOT working…for me or for any of my friends that had shared them with me. I then realized that my experience in entertainment field had already taught me better solutions for my personnel, marketing and profitability problems.

Within five years of restructuring my business into a reputable (and profitable) electrical service company, my fellow business friends started asking me to train their teams and speak at local functions. in the last decade, I have spoken nationwide at conferences and executive trainings for clients like: Win Supply, Arbonne, Carnival Cruise Lines, Keller Williams, Service Nation, and the University of Missouri Extension.

I firmly believe that people learn and REMEMBER more when they are having FUN. I enjoy serving up solid business education with a side order of entertainment. If you are looking for a boring and dry speaker to read off a power point while your attendees doze off- DO NOT call me. I will be too busy instigating audience participation, relaying embarrassing but insightful stories, and “edu-taining” a crowd somewhere else.
