Stacie Wells
With over 25 years of experience in the sports industry, Stacie is a dynamic leader passionate about fostering youth development and building vibrant communities. Her career spans coaching, team management, and consulting on multi-million-dollar sports facilities, where she has been instrumental in programming and operational success. She has spent over 15 years in management roles and 13 years specializing in sports facility management, emphasizing customer service and innovation.
Stacie currently serves as the General Manager of a professional arena football team and the Athletic Director for a nonprofit youth sports organization. She also consults with cities, entrepreneurs, and organizations, helping them develop sports facilities that drive youth engagement and economic growth. She also is an advisor for the actively developing GameRun, a cutting-edge sports facility management software that enhances operations, communication, and community engagement.
Stacie’s commitment to youth sports is deeply rooted in her belief that sports empower young people with essential life skills, enabling them to grow and succeed regardless of their background.
A sought-after speaker, Stacie shares her insights on leadership, facility management, and community building through her P-I-V-O-T framework which helps individuals and organizations navigate change.
When she’s not leading organizations or mentoring interns, Stacie enjoys collaborating with her husband, supporting his ambitions as a football coach, and staying active in her local community.
