A retired Navy Commander and decorated military pilot, James led complex, high-risk aviation missions around the world, including combat deployments to Afghanistan, humanitarian relief efforts in Haiti, and operations across the Mediterranean and Arabian Gulf. As the Commander of the Navy Reserve Center in Springfield, MO, he led 200 service members supporting global missions.

James has been a trusted advisor to U.S. Ambassadors, senior military leaders, and government officials, shaping policies and leading initiatives that had global impact. He served as the Executive Director of a National Security Course at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C., where he led strategic training programs for nearly 1,000 military, interagency, and multinational professionals.

Beyond business, James is deeply committed to community service. He served as President of Light the Way Ministry’s Board of Directors (2022-2024), helping expand its reach and impact. He is an elected Board of Education member in Ozark, MO (2024-present), dedicated to shaping the future of education.
