Ms. Pratt serves as the Prosper Springfield Director for Springfield, MO – a community collective impact model charged with oversight of community goals to reduce the poverty rate and increase postsecondary educational attainment. She is president of Pratt Consultants, LLC with a focus on community engagement, business infrastructure development, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and diversity training. She is also a creative partner for the Queen City Soul Kitchen restaurant.
Ms. Darline Mabins is the Community Diversity and Equity Director at Community Partnership of the Ozarks. She is also the Executive Director of the MBA-Multicultural Business Association, formerly known, as Minorities in Business. She has previously worked in the financial sector for 20 years and in management, for 17 of those years.
Ms. Mabins’ current civic involvement includes the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation and the Springfield Public Library Foundation. She is a former Chairwoman for The Network (Springfield Chamber of Commerce Young Professional organization), a former member of the Junior League of Springfield. She and her husband, Sean, are also small business owners and currently lead the team at Drain Pro Plumbing.
Janae Cunningham, also known professionally as JayceJanae, is an inspiring artist, music producer, and a member of the LGBTQ+ community, who has learned how to navigate through a predominantly male industry.
She has a Bachelors in Mass Communication with a concentration in audio recording as well as a business minor from Barton College class of 2020. Jayce is owner of NoiseBoi LLC where she operates all of her music ventures such as her personal artist catalog, recording studio services where she provides production, recording , mixing and mastering and other freelance audio work.

Heather Noggle is the owner of Codistac, a process solutions company that interweaves technology and human experience to find unique answers to each customer’s most vexing problems in the areas of software, data integration, and cybersecurity. Heather offers 25 years of expertise including experience in software technology, human resources, culture building, writing, and music theory education, and she effortlessly connects all of these things together with engaging and humorous storytelling.
